GIA is a well presented example of the popular Vivacity 24 that offers comprehensive accommodation, 5 berths and a safe construction. She is a sturdy bilge keeler giving you flexibilty to take her anywhere and combined with a full galley, heads and two cabins you could easily spend a summer touring where some bigger yachts would fear to go.
She was bought by myself 18 months ago and since then has had complete overhaul of the interior, with a new jabasco toilet, 2 burner hob and water tank installed. All leaks in the cabin roof have been repaired with newly sealed windows making her a very dry boat. All interior cushions have been reupholstered. Outside her 8hp outboard engine has been upgraded with an external throttle in the cockpit as well new exterior wood. This is to name just some of the extensive upgrades I have performed in this time.
During my ownership we have taken her throughout the south coast from Weymouth to Chichester Harbour. She competed in Cowes week this year and throughout all these trips was found to be a safe and comfortable small cruiser. I am working abroad for the next 2 years which prompts the very reluctant sale.
She is currently on a swinging mooring in Bosham Harbour where she is accessible for viewings. This is a boat in full working condition ready to sail away to a good new home.

Regarding the electrics, there is a solar panel attached to a 12v battery. I am not sure of the capacity but never had an issue with it running flat. The solar panel is attached to the roof of the main cabin and provides constant trickle charging. Even over 5 days trips I have never had the battery go past 50%. There is a solar controller connected to the battery which shows the battery charge. The solar controller also has two USB ports for charging phones. For lighting there are 3 main cabin lights and two forward cabin lights. Outside there are bow port and starboard lights, a masthead light and a stern light. For navigation there is a VHF radio and a Raymarine depth sounder mounted in the main cabin.
