Discover Time Ahead, a truly stunning 57ft traditional stern narrowboat, built by Pro Build and beautifully fitted out by Headline. Lovingly cared for and meticulously maintained, she is absolutely ready for you to step aboard and start your next adventure on the water. Measuring 57ft in length with a beam of 6ft 10in, this well-proportioned vessel features a strong steel hull built to a 10/6/5/4 specification, a practical flat-bottom design, sprayfoam insulation for year-round comfort, warm oak cabin sides, single-glazed windows, and soft carpeted flooring that runs throughout the living spaces. She is currently moored in Staffordshire and waiting for her new owners.

With a generous 200-litre fuel tank, you can enjoy longer trips without worry. Onboard comfort is excellent: hot water is easily generated via a calorifier, immersion heater or backboiler, while heating is efficiently handled by a Morso Squirrel stove. The electrical system is fully set up for both cruising and mooring, with 12v and 240v supplies, a 2kw Ring Powering inverter, plus one starter and three leisure batteries to keep everything running perfectly wherever you are.
The galley is a joy to use, fitted with a full Stoves 500 DIT cooker and a versatile Shoreline fridge/freezer that works on gas, 12v or 240v power. Everything you need for preparing meals onboard is here, and what’s more – the plumbing is already in place, making it quick and simple to add a washing machine should you wish. Rest and relax in comfort in the accommodation, which features a fixed double berth designed for two, perfect for unwinding after a day spent exploring. The bathroom is a lovely space, complete with a cassette toilet, shower, vanity basin, and even a heated towel radiator – adding that extra touch of luxury and convenience to life onboard. You’ll also find a handy side hatch, bringing in fresh air and extra light whenever you want it.
You can buy with total confidence knowing Time Ahead was surveyed in 2026, has a Boat Safety Certificate valid all the way until 2029 and was professionally blacked as recently as 2025 – a clear sign of just how well she has been looked after. This is a fantastic opportunity to own a high-quality, ready-to-cruise narrowboat that has everything you need for a wonderful life on the water.

BUYERS & SELLERS
When you buy a boat from us you pay all monies in to our company clients trust account which means that the buyers and sellers money is protected. This is the same account that solicitors set up for house sales .This money does not belong to the company it belongs to the buyer until the sale is complete and then we pay the seller from the company clients trust account. We cannot release the money from the Clients Trust Account to the seller until the vessel has been accepted and handed over to the buyer because if there was a fault with the vessel and the buyer refused to accept it and wanted their money back we could not do this because the seller would of already had the money. This could become a very costly and messy problem for all parties.
This money never enters our company current account. This also means that we cannot use customers money for other purchases/reasons. If at any point the company went bust then the buyers/sellers money is safe and it would go back to the rightful owner of the money.
We have had this company clients trust account set up from day one to protect our customers money. This account is a secure holding account. We pay the seller monies due from this account when the buyer has signed to accept the vessel. Payment is made from this account to the seller by cheque from the clients Trust Account which is protected guaranteed funds.
