Finished with solid wood flooring partially covered by carpet, ply cabin sides, and a combination of top-opening windows and portholes, the interior blends practical durability with a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels instantly like home.

Propulsion comes from a Beta Marine 37hp four-cylinder diesel engine with keel cooling and a PRM gearbox, supported by a fuel tank holding approximately 40 gallons. Onboard systems are designed for comfortable living off-grid or on the move: hot water and central heating are provided via a calorifier and Eberspacher system, complemented by a solid fuel stove for additional warmth and ambiance. The electrical setup includes both 12v and 240v supplies, powered by a Sterling 1800w inverter, one starter battery and two leisure batteries, ensuring you have power for all your appliances wherever you moor. Water storage is generous too, with a tank capacity of around 100 gallons, and a side hatch adds extra convenience for ventilation or access.

The galley features solid wood worktops and a Cooks Professional cooker ready for preparing meals on board, the boat also benefits from a Beko washing machine located in the stern. Accommodation comfortably sleeps two with a fixed double berth, and there is potential to create additional sleeping space within the saloon if needed. The bathroom is well-equipped with a pump-out toilet and a cassette toilet, a shower over the bath, and a vanity basin, combining everyday practicality with comfort. The vessel was last blacked around 2021, and a new Boat Safety Certificate will be issued prior to completion of the sale, giving you confidence in its condition as you take ownership.

A boat is not valued on its age. The age of a boat is irrelevant. A boat is valued based on who built the hull? Who fitted the boat out and what type of materials were used (Hard wood or MDF etc) What equipment does the boat have (Bow thruster, generator, inverters etc) These are just a few of the many factors that equate to the correct value of a boat.

When you buy a boat from us you pay all monies in to our company clients trust account which means that the buyers and sellers money is protected. This is the same account that solicitors set up for house sales .This money does not belong to the company it belongs to the buyer until the sale is complete and then we pay the seller from the company clients trust account. We cannot release the money from the Clients Trust Account to the seller until the vessel has been accepted and handed over to the buyer because if there was a fault with the vessel and the buyer refused to accept it and wanted their money back we could not do this because the seller would of already had the money. This could become a very costly and messy problem for all parties.

This money never enters our company current account. This also means that we cannot use customers money for other purchases/reasons. If at any point the company went bust then the buyers/sellers money is safe and it would go back to the rightful owner of the money.

We have had this company clients trust account set up from day one to protect our customers money. This account is a secure holding account. We pay the seller monies due from this account when the buyer has signed to accept the vessel. Payment is made from this account to the seller by cheque from the clients Trust Account which is protected guaranteed funds.
